Women's Open Discussion
March 26th at 7:30pm
This is a virtual space for women who want a grounded, thoughtful place to talk about our relationships with ourselves and others, and occasionally reflect on what’s happening in the wider culture.
With so much noise online and in the news, it can be hard to find places where conversations feel balanced, respectful, and real. The hope is that this group can be one of those spaces. In past conversations like these, we’ve talked about all kinds of things — anger, healing, socialization, relationships, book recommendations, workplace frustrations, neurodivergent challenges, things that comfort us, and sometimes we’ve simply shared stories or listened to one another.
Each week has a loose theme, but the discussion is open. You’re welcome to share, listen, or simply be present, and to participate at whatever pace feels comfortable for you.

Constellations: Conversation Practice for Autistic Adults
March 18th at 7:30pm
Occasionally we invite Neurodivergent District members to join in on workshops designed for Kate's Constellations community. Please know that joining this free class does not grant you access to the Constellations member portal or make you a member of Constellations. We invite you to join Harrington Matchmaking's Constellations program for virtual offerings like this one + the opportunity to be matched with other members for friendships and/or dating.
Join a structured virtual group that meets every other Wednesday and Sunday to build conversational skills, friendship readiness, and confidence in a supportive, coach-led environment designed especially for neurodivergent adults with little to no relationship experience or who struggle with conversation. While all are welcome, most participants are between ages 20 and 45, often living with family or in supported or semi-independent settings, and are seeking a safe, low-pressure place to practice. Sessions include guided practice, optional sharing, and feedback, with primarily virtual meetings and occasional in-person gatherings in the Washington, DC area. Participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing so.

Occasionally we invite Neurodivergent District members to join in on lectures designed for Kate's Constellations community. We invite you to join Harrington Matchmaking's Constellations program for virtual offerings like this one + the opportunity to connect with other members for friendships and/or dating.
This lecture by Relationship Coach & Matchmaker Kate Inez Harrington will discuss the potential and realities of dating apps, why they may fail thoughtful and genuine people, and what to realistically expect from them. We will also cover how, if you choose to utilize this tool, to build a profile that reflects who you are in a clear, accurate, and compelling way while staying safe from romance scams and protecting your time, energy, and emotional wellbeing. Strategy and education are essential to invest in before navigating the apps so that your experience is intentional, informed, and aligned with your goals. Brief questions are welcome throughout this virtual offering, time permitting.
